Camden Goforth, a 6-foot-4, 315-pound offensive lineman from McMinn County High School, is beginning to make waves on the recruiting trail.

Goforth, an underrated prospect according to analysts, holds a 3-star rating on both 247Sports and Rivals. His combination of size, strength, and athleticism has helped attract attention from several programs at the FBS and FCS levels. Goforth recently picked up his first two Power Four offers from NC State and West Virginia on May 23. That milestone came just two days after West Virginia offensive line coach Jack Bicknell Jr. conducted an in-home visit.

Goforth has lined up an ambitious slate of official visits in June. He is scheduled to visit Coastal Carolina from May 30 to June 2, Western Kentucky from June 6 to June 8, West Virginia from June 13 to June 15, and NC State from June 20 to June 22.

In addition to NC State and West Virginia, Goforth is being recruited by a wide range of schools, including Army, Air Force, Arkansas State, Austin Peay, Eastern Kentucky, Florida Atlantic, Fordham, among many others.

Goforth’s measurables stand out. He has a wingspan of 76.75 inches, 10.25-inch hands, and clocked a 5.1-second 40-yard dash. He recorded 108.5 pancake blocks during the 2024 season and boasts impressive strength numbers: a 665-pound squat, 500-pound front squat, 675-pound deadlift, 330-pound clean, and a 365-pound bench press.

With a blend of power and mobility, Goforth is poised to continue rising on recruiting boards heading into the summer, but coaches will need to act fast. He recently posted on X that he plans to narrow down his list of programs, though he did not specify a date or timeline.
